Some things have reason for stuck, some things can be are stuck without any reason, but after lot of chats, tons of emails, asking, posting on lot of social medias, some things changed.
I do not know if there is any (if it is) circle, or order, some things are or were (maybe) working, but I sure think that all this was unnecessarily no matter what was the reason.
Well, the most important is that all is in its place, and we all are very happy because of that.
