When is Zynga Bingo shutting down?

We’re sorry to announce that Zynga Bingo will be shut down on December 20th, 2013. You can continue to play the game until then. The option to 'Redeem a transfer request' will be active until December 20th, 2013. 

How does the Bonus package work?

Choose the game in which you would like to receive the bonus package. The games in which you can redeem this one-time bonus package are: Farmville 2 and Zynga Poker.

Enter the email address where you would like to receive the details from Zynga Customer Support.

Click on the ‘Redeem Offer’ button.

Look out for your email from CS.

What if I already have an account in the other game?

The bonus package will be added to the existing account.

Can I have the bonus package credited to a different account?

The package will be added to the same Facebook account only.

What if I don’t have an account in the other game?

Please ensure that you have created an account in the other game before redeeming the bonus package. We will not be able to add the bonus package unless you have an account in the game you wish the package to be added to.

Can we purchase items in the game?

You can continue playing the game normally until the game is completely shut down. Payment options for new cash purchases will be turned off on 10/31/13.

What about Zynga Bingo cash, coins and points? Can I transfer these to another game?

You can spend your cash and coins in the game until Zynga Bingo officially closes on December 20th, 2013. Zynga Bingo cash, coins and points cannot be transferred to another game.

Why can’t I invite friends to the game?

We have disabled the ‘Invite Friends’ feature as new users are no longer able to join the game.
