Zynga confused herself (Centerpiece, ask button, Thanksgiving event)

The best sentence in Zynga's statements is: 

Dear Players,

We have received reports from some of our players about issues with Centerpiece's grayed out "Ask" button.

So, on December 7th that grayed Ask button - was an issue?!?

Not just that, but: "Our team is currently investigating the issue and is working on a fix."

And you needed whole two days to found out that issue is not an issue, but in the part of the game you design on December 7th the option to ask  for Centerpiece was turned off as per game design.

What were you doing those two days? Sleeping? Causing mass confusion? Who is in that "great" team you put to investigate an issue which an issue was not? 

And finally this sentence: We apologize for any confusion this may have caused you." 

CORRECTION: If anybody caused confusion among players that is you Zynga. 

And yes, this is fact:

The option to ask for Centerpiece was turned off Dec. 07, 12 AM PST as per game design. The event went on for 14 days, from which the first 12 days is when you can earn your Centerpieces in many different ways. The last 2 days will give you time to complete your Grateful Grub Collection and redeem Centerpieces.

Now, this way WE  apologize to all our friends, fans and players that ask for help in this part of the game for not reading this instructions as we should. We did lousy job this time, no matter we 

were

 maybe  seduced with big ignorance from Zynga.
