Zynga Slingo - loading bar stuck on 50% THIS IS NOT FROM TONIGHT ZYNGA, THIS PROBLEM IS TOO OLD

Zynga Slingo - loading bar stuck on 50%. I am not able to play this game for months so far.
As the matter of fact I've reported that to Support, while e-mailing Support was normal support option.They could not fix that then.

But, they are regularly offering daily rewards for players. And not just that, they suddenly received reports from players that their loading bar stuck on 50% so they decided to collect affected players. Players just need to provide them  UID.

Good morning Zynga, this problem is not from tonight, that lasts too long. But you were sleeping, and you are deaf to your players problems. 

You know, Zynga, IF contacting support team, not just for Slingo, but for all your games is normal, players would be able to play this game (in this case) maybe much more earlier and you will be able to get reports for problems in all your games faster. If you are able to fix that problem. In my case YOU WERE NOT.
Are you Zynga? Are you able to fix this?
