I would say - about time.
Not only for Mafia Wars game, but for all Zynga games, for all platforms and devices, available for all players, and the most important: all players finally can ask for help on the place that is the only one that should help them. This is one very good move and on first look it does not looks so bad, in fact looks good, very good.
