Below are some of the more common billing related questions we receive.

If, for any reason your question wasn't answered and you need to contact our Billing Department, please submit a support request to our billing team by clicking on the Email Us tab. Please remember to provide your Social Network User ID and your full name as it appears on your credit card, the amount purchased, and date of transaction.

Zynga's billing support hotline is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays) for billing related issues only. Our hotline can be reached at 1-800-762-2530.

For Technical Issues, please submit a support request if you "click here"
as our billing team will not be able to assist with any technical issues.

How to post feeds on Timeline

for every popup in the game
put: sign, number, letter....something and post it out
it will be posted normally, if you allow MW on Timeline


for feeds that there is no popup in the game
1. go on Timeline
2.open Activity log



for EVERY post from MW, in Activity log in the right corner pick option: Highlighted on Timeline

go back on Timeline.
each of those posts are now shown on your Timeline through entire row.



by clicking on star in the right corner where stands: Remove from Highlights, on each of such posts, your MW posts will look like this:
